Return Policy:

We only offer returns on products that are unused and unopened. If a product is eligible for return, the customer must request within 14 days of product receipt and pay the return shipping fee.

Please reach out to our Customer Service team at love@highbrowhippie.com for all return requests. Please include: your name, the order number, and the reason for the return. Please include a photo of your unused/unopened products when possible. We will then issue a return shipping label via email. Once our team has received your products, your refund will be issued. Initial shipping will not be refunded.
